These Terms of Service govern use of wellvetrapet.com and purchases made through this website. “WellVetra Pet,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website under the WellVetra Pet brand.

Please read these terms before creating an account or placing an order. Where agreement is required, we will present the applicable terms for your acceptance. Subscription enrollment requires separate express consent to the recurring purchase terms.

Product-specific information and the terms disclosed at checkout form part of your purchase. These terms should be read alongside our Shipping & Returns and Refund & Return Policy . Mandatory consumer protections take priority over any inconsistent provision.

To place an order or enroll in a subscription, you must have legal capacity to enter into the transaction and be authorized to use the selected payment method.

Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information. Keep your account credentials confidential and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or an unauthorized order.

Updating your account details may not update an existing order or active subscription. Review those records separately or contact customer care for assistance.

We may restrict account access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks or material misuse. An account restriction does not remove rights relating to existing orders, refunds or subscription cancellation.

The WellVetra Pet collection includes Longevity, Energy, Calm, Immunity, Injury Repair and Internal Health. Review the actual product label, ingredients, directions and warnings before use.

Website articles, product guides and quiz results provide general information and product exploration assistance. They do not establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship or provide a diagnosis or individualized treatment plan.

Consult your veterinarian about suitability, particularly if your dog has an existing condition, takes medication, receives other supplements, or has special nutritional needs. An injury or concerning symptom requires veterinary assessment.

Packaging images may differ from the item supplied. We will not substitute a materially different formulation, quantity or product without your agreement. These terms do not excuse inaccurate product descriptions.

Review the items, quantities, displayed currency, discounts, taxes, shipping charges and total before submitting your order. Authorizing payment permits the charge disclosed for that transaction.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it is not proof that the package has been handed to a carrier.

If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, an address cannot be served, or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options or cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid as applicable.

We will not increase the price of an existing order or substitute a different product without your agreement. Any cancellation or correction remains subject to applicable law.

Promotional offers are subject to the conditions disclosed with the offer. Discounts and eligibility restrictions must be reviewed before purchase.

A subscription is a recurring purchase arrangement. Before enrollment, review the selected product, quantity, recurring price, billing frequency, applicable taxes, delivery schedule and cancellation instructions.

We will disclose the material subscription terms before obtaining billing information and obtain your express informed consent before charging you for the recurring arrangement. Browsing the website or accepting general website terms does not by itself enroll you in a subscription.

• Renewals continue according to the agreed schedule until cancellation becomes effective.
• Every subscription product includes free shipping. Unrelated one-time items in a mixed cart may have shipping charges disclosed at checkout.
• Use the cancellation method provided with your plan before the next scheduled charge to stop that renewal. Check My Account or contact customer care if you need assistance.
• We will provide a simple mechanism to stop recurring charges. If a cancellation control does not work, contact us promptly.

Canceling future renewals does not automatically reverse an already processed order. That order may still qualify for review under our refund policy and applicable law. A refund request or marketing-email unsubscribe does not itself cancel a subscription.

If a charge occurs after an effective cancellation, contact us so we can investigate and correct any improper charge.

Material changes to subscription pricing or other recurring terms will be communicated before they take effect, with any notice, consent and cancellation options required by law. Updated website terms alone do not authorize a new or increased recurring charge.

Available destinations, shipping services and applicable charges are shown at checkout. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide the delay notice, cancellation option and refund required by applicable law. Carrier delays and delivery scans do not automatically remove your rights concerning late shipment or non-delivery.

Our Refund & Return Policy explains the 30-Day Promise, refund requests and remedies for order issues.

Under the voluntary satisfaction promise, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. The offer is limited to one satisfaction refund claim per customer and covers the eligible product amount actually paid after discounts, with associated taxes adjusted as applicable.

No physical return is required for an approved satisfaction refund, including an opened or partially used jar. Original shipping charges are excluded from satisfaction refunds unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Routine physical returns are not accepted after shipment. Contact us before sending anything back. Claims for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods and mandatory remedies are assessed separately from the satisfaction promise.

The satisfaction window and one-claim limit do not restrict mandatory consumer rights. Store credit will not replace a required monetary refund without your agreement.

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled when you use the website, complete the quiz, place an order or contact customer care.

We may send communications needed to administer your order, account or subscription, including confirmations, shipment updates and cancellation information. Marketing preferences are managed separately.

Acceptance of these terms is not blanket consent to optional marketing, optional cookies or other processing that requires a separate choice under applicable law. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel orders or subscriptions.

Use the website lawfully and in a way that respects other customers, our systems and the rights of others. You must not:

• Use stolen payment details, impersonate another person or submit fraudulent orders or claims.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, payment systems or non-public website data.
• Introduce malicious code or deliberately disrupt website availability.
• Submit unlawful, threatening or infringing content through website features.

We may take proportionate steps to address misuse. This does not prohibit honest reviews, lawful complaints, good-faith refund requests or the exercise of consumer rights.

Website text, design, images and branding are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may browse the website and retain copies of your order records for personal use.

Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission where applicable, except for uses permitted by law. These terms do not restrict lawful quotation, criticism or review.

The website may link to third-party resources or use external payment and delivery services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy notices. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities for purchases made through this website.

Website access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems or events outside our reasonable control. Contact customer care if an interruption prevents you from managing an order or canceling a subscription.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or a particular wellness outcome. This does not remove obligations concerning accurate descriptions, product quality, delivery, refunds or other legally required warranties and remedies.

Responsibility for a claim is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms and will identify the revised date on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.

Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce rights relating to a completed purchase. Existing subscriptions remain subject to the agreed recurring terms unless changed through a legally valid notice and consent process.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Contacting us is not a condition for exercising a lawful payment dispute, regulatory complaint or court remedy. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive any right to participate in legal proceedings.
